Request for Proposals

HFHGC is seeking bids for site development for a multi-family neighborhood off Shallowford Road.

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga is seeking bids for horizontal site development affecting approximately 1.95 acres of land that is part of a larger section of land located at 7437 Shallowford Road.  

The ideal proposal will include all aspects of horizontal development including utility connections, but consideration will be given to proposals with multiple aspects included.

HFHGCA utilizes both private and public funding which may include HOME grant, CDBG, THDA, and other sources for some of our projects.  We abide by all city, state, and federal regulations such as, but not limited to, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246.
