Ongoing Invitation to Bid Process

Habitat for Humanity Greater Chattanooga Area extends an invitation to bid on subcontracted trades and materials.   Our three areas of focus within our Construction Department are: new construction, NR (Neighborhood Revitalization) and A.I.P. (Aging in Place).  Go to the tab for each program for additional information on what these programs entail.  Your bid can/will be applied to all projects under the three programs.  

HFHGCA utilizes both private and public funding which may include HOME grant, SHOP grant, CBDG, THDA, trust settlement funding*and other sources for some of our projects.  We abide by all city, state, and federal regulations such as, but not limited to, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246.

*The funding for AIP projects is provided through a grant awarded by the Davidson County Chancery Court, Part III from the Senior Trust/Elder Trust settlement (Case No. 11-1548-III) and through a contract administered by the Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability.
