HFHGC is seeking bids for site development for a multi-family neighborhood off Shallowford Road.
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga is seeking bids for horizontal site development of land located at 7437 Shallowford Road.
The ideal proposal will include all aspects of horizontal development including utility connections, but consideration will be given to proposals with multiple aspects included.
Please review the files available at the following link: Shallowford Hites Site Development, and submit sealed proposals by 2:00PM on January 26, 2026, to the Habitat office at 1201 East Main Street, Chattanooga, TN 37408. All questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing. Responses to bidding questions will be issued only by written addendum.
