Faith Communities are the "heart and soul" of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga.  Members of these communities bring a strong passion for the mission of Habitat.  Partner faith communities provide volunteers to work on one or more houses and a monetary donation to help with the cost of the house.

HFHGC offers faith communities opportunities for tangible service, a means to strengthen the bonds and spirit of community members, and an opportunity to reflect upon this experience in worship and prayer.  HFHGC encourages cooperation among groups and communities from diverse religious backgrounds and traditions.

Individual congregations and coalitions of faith communities sponsor houses each year.  For more information about how your congregation can sponsor a home, contact John Lamb.
