I grew up seeing my dad work construction so it was natural for me to gravitate toward the building industry.  After starting my own company and spending years building high end homes, I felt there was something missing.  Coming to Habitat and working with our dedicated staff, volunteers and deserving homeowners, I realized what that was.  Building Habitat houses is building a future for generations to come.  Having a child show you which room will be theirs gives us the reason to do what we do day in and day out.  Our commitment to building energy efficient homes means we are not only putting families into a place of their own, but reducing their cost to live there.  Habitat homeowners purchase a house that is safe, healthy and very affordable.  I encourage you to join us as we build a better future for  families and the city we live in, work in and love.
